naz & lilian's turkish/french wedding at the historic shelbourne dublin

Very recently, I had a little afternoon of Turkish and French photographic delight at the Shelbourne Hotel wedding of Naz and Lilian. Naz's family and friends came all the way to Dublin from Turkey to celebrate in style. Naz's two best friends from Turkey, Ozge and Orkun, helped with the preparations. Naz's mom, the very talented Zehra, made gorgeous corsages, flower pins, and the ribbon decorations on the chairs. Her parents also brought along her French couture dress from Beyaz Boutique in Ankara, and her mother's antique French lace veil from her own wedding. The cute customised cake-topper and cookie favours (with a Turkish evil eye nazar amulet) were also brought from Turkey designed by Zeynep Yumlu at Mutlu Dukkan.
Lilian's family came from France to join the celebration. His brother Arnaud was the best man. Lilian apparently has a sweet tooth and loves the Queen of Tarts patisserie in Dublin, and so the cupcakes came from there.

I had such a great time with Naz and Lilian and their guests, and Rodolphe from Best Day Productions who is making a super-cool video of their day. There were so many lovely details from the wedding that I hope another publication will share them too.
A big thank you to Naz and Lilian, and the very best wishes for your future!
